“Photography is not about the thing photographed. It is about how that thing looks photographed.”
La fotografía no trata de aquello fotografiado, trata de cómo se ve aquello cuando es fotografiado.
“In the end, maybe the correct language would be how the fact of putting four edges around a collection of information or facts transforms it. A photograph is not what was photographed, it’s something else.”
Al final, quizás el lenguaje correcto sería cómo el hecho de poner cuatro aristas alrededor de una colección de información o hechos la transforma. Una fotografía no es lo que se fotografió, es otra cosa.
